Intended learning outcomes
Upon completion of the course, students will be able to understand and apply manual, assisted and autonomous flight principles for Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), operate different flight modes, plan and execute VLOS, EVLOS and BVLOS missions, use simulators and control systems, manage emergency situations and apply risk mitigation methodologies. Students will also understand U-Space, UTM and Advanced Air Mobility concepts and coordinate complex logistics operations involving multiple UAVs. Learning outcomes will be achieved through lectures, practical exercises, simulation activities and real-world case studies.
